Tried out the new restaurant that's part of the Ramada Inn, was called Pate's previously. Has been redone inside, more open and airy than before. Met another couple there who wanted to eat outside, which basically consisted of a table with the heaviest chairs I've ever attempted to move on a cement area overlooking the Ramada's pool and rooms, not...

Great place which closed at this location on Saturday. Let's hope they reopen elsewhere soon. It was one of our favorites in naples..happy hour, great food. What more can you ask for? Officially they did not renew their lease at the Ramada Inn.

Very busy with early bird diners and for $20 per head it was good value. Locals take up most of the seats so get there early.

We thoroughly enjoyed the two times we dined at Pate's Steakhouse during our one week stay in Naples. Pate's Steakhouse is complete with a wonderful staff, remarkable food, and a romantic atmosphere. The owner was very personable, and our service was prompt and friendly as well. The salmon was delicious, and the mini burger appetizers were awesome!

The last time we visited this restaurant was "off season." The food was delicious and the service superior. The restaurant was about half full and the noise level was "tolerable."
This time, the food (I had a fried oyster platter and my wife had a filet mignon) was mediocre. The portions were small and the filet, while tasty, was tough...
