Help us make it rightYesterday, I contacted your office about 9:40 am and left a message saying I needed the additional prescription and could it be phoned in to the pharmacy. I didn't get a call back so I called again around 3:15 and was informed that they didn't know what prescription I was talking about. I don't know if that's because they didn't look at my records or needed to speak to the doctor who wrote the prescription last Saturday. This office has a lot to be desired. I feel like I'm always discriminated against. The staff is very immature. Dr. Patel is a nice doctor. But there is a woman doctor who gets involved with the childish behavior like the staff. Talking negative about customers. Sending me rude phone calls. Every time I call to get my lab results. They never call me back. I've been sick and waiting on these lab results and I've left numerous of messages. And I don't think the office staff gives the messages to the doctor.
