The Dr. is not bad when talking face to face in a consult. But he absolutely refuses to return calls or messages sent through his patient portal when asking about test results. I had to send them a letter in writing to get any kind of contact. The one time I did speak with him over the phone after hours, he was very rude. His medical assistants have sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy...

This doctor uses a PA. That always makes me a little nervous. I had to ask to see the doctor. He said he was going to fill all my medications from my previous doctor. There were about eight. He is very rude,I met him once and of course I had to ask for a 2nd opinion from another DOCTOR,this doctor forwarded the information to Dr.Rao and with my next appointment with Rao,he did nothing but reprimanded me for going to see another doctor and that if I go to see that doctor, he stated this office will close and a loose a lot of money.He did nothing but reprimanded for 20 min. for...
