Why No Cappellini Anymore?. I loved the cappellini with garlic, and even though it hasn't been on the menu for a while, I used to be able to order it anyway. Now they say they can't make it. It was just angel hair pasta in a cream sauce with garlic, parmesan and red pepper. Why should that be so hard to make?
