1 .Unsanitary floors, walls, bathrooms
2. Nauseating odors throughout the facility
3. Puddles of urine on the floor - When this was pointed out to a staff member, she responded, "I'm not the cleaning lady."
4. 90% of the times I call, no one answers.
5. Staff do not seem to know patients - where they are, their condition, meds, etc.

I absolutely love this place!! My mom's here and all the nurses love her... She's always clean and comfortable which makes me feel like they rock!!! To Kristie thanks for all you do!!
