I wish I had seen the "F" rating they got on BBB.org
Or at least seen some of all the horrible user reviews that are cluttering up my browser window when I google: "Pasadena Awning Co. reviews"
It will be interesting to see how long a city like Pasadena will put up with this type of business. Wow.
EDIT- It's now Dec 20, 2012 and the job was never properly finished. I felt bad for a long time now for leaving such a scathing review on these guys because I think people need grace to move forward. Dave the owner seemed like a nice, sincere guy but just couldn't get his business where it needs to be. Working with them caused a lot of grief and our awning is still just hanging there unfinished. But I don't care about that anymore. I just hope his business hasn't driven him batty and that they may be some sanity in their midst.
(Edited December 20, 2012)
They did NOT do the job they promised and then never responded again. The owner Dave is never reachable and always ""out of the office"". And with such a high turnover of admin personnel, who would expect them to ever care?
- noted they have an 'F' rating with Better Business Bureau. Beware!
Look them up... citysearch does not allow us to post links.
First of all I'd like to say I think the owner wrote the review before this one. When people are raving with excitement about a company's service/products, they'll spend time writing meaningful words that will actually persuade potential new customers to try them out. Especially if they're going to bother logging into a ratings website such as this one.
I wish I went elsewhere. So much hassle trying to get our incomplete job completed. And it's still unfinished.
Great outdoor awnings and window shades. Lots of colors and patterns to choose from. They will also make custom awnings.
Pasadena Awning specializes in traditional, New Age retractable, and aluminum awnings in the Pasadena, CA area.
