The previous reviewer may have rated out of spite, but party town really has the worst customer service! It's all good until something goes wrong, then they just brush it off like it doesn't matter. I'm giving them one last shot this year. Hopefully they do better because they have really good products, when done correctly.

Ryan Girard works for Sandy's Towing. He has NEVER shopped in my store-they screwed up with one of our relative's car and didn't want to fix it. This was his immature way to make himself feel "powerful" and try to get back at us. He is a young kid. I gave them my budget and they provided me with tons of ideas! My parties are the best since I've been using them! Last party was Black Eyed Peas theme and they delivered! Check them out!
