What does the contract say?

He says their guy (Andy) is adamant that we were done and therefore don't deserve the refund that was promised twice before and tells me new information that their policy is that they pick them machine up 24 hours after the timstamp on the invoice. I have read your complaint and to me it seems very valid. The one thing that you lost focus on was the fact that this rental was based on a time period, not the amount of holes you were digging. Your contract was for twenty four hours not three holes. If this company took posession prior to the time agreed in the contract then they are in breach and you can take them to court for all your money...
