This place is big but unfortunately are out of many sizes and styles. Belinda however has been really good at helping us...she always kept a smile on her face and was very friendly to everyone....

The staff are helpful but the manager is a piece of work. Not customer oriented at all. A real shame. I will be shopping Amazon.com in the future for better pricing, next day delivery and awesome...

Horrible customer service!! So bad I decided to leave my cart filled with New Year's Eve party decorations because of the employees attitude. Especially the young boy at the register. Train your employees before you let them handle customers! I blame management for the horrible service. You lost out on a sale Party City!!

I don't understand the bad reviews. It's a brand new place in a brand new location that's much bigger and better than what it was before. I love the selection, I actually got more than I expected out of it. And there was a service employee in every aisle so there was no shortage of help. The staff are friendly and …

This place is good if you want a certain kinda theme they moved to a bigger location so they pretty much have everything your looking for and then some. I highly doubt they are ever out of stock. Staff is friendly and I got greeted by almost all the staff (which was very nice) they go over and beyond when they do …
