Party city is a good value but the service is poor. The people who work there are usually distracted and not friendly.
You can usually find what you need for a party. After holiday sales are great. Merchandise for upcoming holidays is usually a bit expensive, but they have what you need. Balloons should be ordered a few days in advance.
