I really hate this place. For the most part the employees are friendly and helpful but that is all overshadowed by "Ms Rita" First of all what kind of elitist person has them put Ms. on their name tag? Avoid this place. Incompetent employees, hanging up on customers, bitching about having to work. This is where high school burn outs go to die. Took em 20 mins to ring me up and inflate 5 balloons. Fuck this place.

I stopped by this location about 3weeks ago to pick up some decorations for my sons graduation and it was not a good experience. There was a long line and all employees where by the ballon section taking large orders. There were a few customers in front of me who only had to purchase something …

This place rocks!! I was there on Saturday March 8,2013 and the girls who were working the balloon counter was doing their thing. They had a billion orders and had them all under control. The cashier was super nice even after ringing up customer after customer. This place is huge and they have everything. …

It's the place to go to for Halloween! It was a bit disorganized when I came in for my wig, but that's typical when it's the week of Halloween.I like that they extend their hours during Halloween, so they're open until 10PM.
