This morning i called Party city to see if they had any over the hill inflattables. A guy name Jared answered the phone, and asked how can he help me. I asked him if they had any inflattable items in stock being that i was driving from plant city. He put me on hold for 19 minutes, which i already started driving there because i took an early break just to rush there, and i was just praying that they would have it in stock. Understaffed, Poor Customer Service, Terrible Return Policy YP.com

The whole store is trashed and messy and I had to park down the street because their tiny parking lot was full. It took over 20 minutes of waiting in line for someone to get me my costume (my first 2 choices for a costume were sold out), 15 min waiting to use the changing room to try on the costume, and then another 30 minutes waiting at the register.
