I have used Metro-Med for a couple of years, but recently had a problem when they sent my supplies to my old address. I was out of town for a month and was not aware that the supplies were sent to the wrong place until I returned and called. They said that it was delivered and had not been returned and left it up to me to track down the shipment.

I even received a phone call from the girl...

I have been using Metro-Med for over 2 years now and they have consistently provided excellent service. I received all products in the mail, on time. There have been no billing issues. I have been able to walk in the door and receive what I needed, on the spot. Everyone there is lovely. Absolutely no complaints; love this company! LSK, PhD

Metro-Med didn't send my CPAP supplies as agreed, and didn't bill me for my first (and last) order for months. Then then called to remind me I owed them money, when I had no idea I did. When I asked for an itemized bill, one arrived after several weeks, followed a couple of days later by a dunning notice threatening to report me to a collection agency! They are unbelievably disorganized. Stay away from them.
