I would not recommend Parkside Village. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! Walls and window are terrible drafty - my electric bill was outrageous! Mold was coming out from behind shower walls into the tubs. When reported, it was only covered up, not tested and repaired properly. Homeless people would hang around at night. Didn't feel safe out after dark. So happy my lease...
