You pretty much get what you see in the advertisements. The office crew is extremely helpful and the maintenance folk are professional and fast. They keep you in the loop every step of the way . Its convenient to shopping, restaurants and a few major bus lines. The drawbacks are minor, in that they don't always take the care with the landscaping in areas it can't be seen. Moving in, was great, nice folks especially John and Ken. I have no issues with them....they deserve the best. However... Lets talk about move out. First of all the apartments are very old and outdated, they look pretty on the outside. They were built in the late 90s and reflect the decor. I have lived at Parkside for four years. Repairs and maintenance are normally done promptly, although they are not the most competent (lights have been left on when they were here while I was at work; once they left my oven on for HOURS after replacing the thermostat; a smoke alarm inspection resulted in my smoke alarm chirping non-stop, again while I was not home; they replaced a fan timer...

I lived here for a couple of months and have been very happy. Management is friendly and responsive. All of my neighbors are quiet. Very few "party" college kids (a pet peeve of mine). Ample extra parking spaces for visitors. I have few, if any, complaints. Just wish my mailbox was closer (its on the other side of the complex). That's it. My dog and I love it here.

Haven't been here long. Neighbors try to be civilized and nice. Even offered help! Many are truly great!
All Hotpoint appliances. 3 zoned heat which helps cost, 2 bedrooms and living area. Love having the washer and dryer in the bathroom! Management tries very hard to please. Good experience here! Maintenence superb and fast! Smoke free. Smokers go outside and away from all buildings.
