Do not use this towing service in the winter time or you will wait your life time waiting!!! Total time 3 hours.....they got my money in 5 minutes...first place for that.

WARNING!!!!!! NEVER EVER use Parker towing.... they damage my car and then lied to get out of paying for the damage they are dishonest and will destroy your vehicle!!!!! Was unable to put NO STARS had to put something so I could WARN other people

I broke down on the highway, called a friend to drive me home. I called Parker and in less than an hour we both met up at my car. They hooked it and met me at home. I am pleased with their service and timely response to my situation. I will use them again and again. I will also refer my friends to them. Thank you Dustin (driver).

All I can say is terrible. They straight out lie and say they are on the way and no one shows for hours. The professional thing would be to say we can't get there until the afternoon. Go elsewhere...
