Speaking with a lot of the other residences, everyone has had either their car or apartment broken into.

This company is extremely poorly managed and very greedy. They will cut corners and budgets wherever they feel instead of spending money to properly maintain the property. If you ask them to fix anything, most likely they don't even repair it right. They do a hack job, then tell you to live with it! . This complex is a joke. Contacting management is a nightmare, they don't respond to your...

i lived in the same apartment for 10 years, and they tried to charge me almost $700 to replace the carpet got the notice in the mail (15 days after move out), went to leasing office next day to discuss it, and they had already turned it over to a collection agency turned it over to my lawyer, absolutely unbelieveable

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFULLLLL! I used to live there and it was the worst year of my life. Too much to type. I moved to another property close by since the neighborhood is nice and all has been very good. Keep Looking! P.S. I moved to The Steppes
