The chili took my mind away from the Summer sun. Thick and tasty; filled with tomatoes, beans and beef. Served with oyster crackers. Made fresh daily.
My companion said the hot roast beef sandwich was among the best. Tender roast beef served with (tasted like home made) mashed potatoes covered with brown gravy.
Full bar. Pepsi products including Dr. Pepper....

Good down home cooking, friendly attentive wait-staff, not fancy, local type restaurant that takes you back in time. It is good to know this type of restaurant still exists in todays world and I am proud to support. It is across from Miller Park.

Stop in to catch up with the locals. You will find friendly people here. It's not fancy, but not a dive either. This place serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
