This is the most nasty place to live roaches everywhere bed bugs management does nothing but send pest control an they put glue in cracks which doesn't kill them they will blame you for the problem I have turned them into the health dept because my kids were bite from head to toe by bed bugs that left scares I hope the condemned this place!!! Or someone just blows it up

This is the worst possible place to live in SLC. For one they have a major bed bug and cockroach problem. Second, they use inefficient heating, causing your power bill to spike to outrageous amounts. And its overpriced if you're not getting a subside. All around complete ----; I wouldn't wish my worst enemy live in this --- hole of Salt Lake City. Seriously, don't live here.

i've been at Park Place since Sept. of 2010 and have had no problems. i think the people in the office are real nice and will got my garbage disp fixed the same day i called. all the other tenants have been nice to me.
