We parked at the location near the Hard Rock Hotel on Michigan ave. When we pulled in, the attendant ushered us to pull all the way ahead so we never saw the sign posted at the front. We asked for the cost and the guy told us it was $14 a day. We then told him we were staying at the Hard Rock next door and would be checking out in four days but we wanted to know if that we would be able to take the car out and park again without being charged and we were told that we could not. Sorry for the inconvenience, but every ticket has an expiration time and date printed on the top and bottom of the printed receipt. Step-by-step instructions explaining the parking process are clearly visible and posted on every payment machine with additional signs posted throughout the parking facility as to remind the public to pay for their parking and clearly display their ticket. The least you could do is give me a # to call to get a refund. I know its only $6, but when your paying $14 a day it makes a big...

There was no standard rate and the sign was misleading (it did not say that the ticket expired at midnight no matter what time the itwas purchased at) It was a $30 cab ride to the south side of the city to the place where the car was towed and then another $175 to get the car out. Most people just...
