I can't find anyone who can tell me what happened to the paperwork to get my labs done. If my lithium levels are toxic and I don't know about it I CAN DIE. I keep getting the run around and end up having to leave voicemails that never get returned.
Also, when my therapist quit, no one let me know. What kind of practice is that? Not a good one that's for sure.
