They are under new management it seems and they are the best Indian restaurant around that area. I was little hesitent to try them out and read so many reviews before entering and it was good expereince. They are open under new management now.....different menu. It looked little confusing but food was excellent. They have extensive list of Breads and required staff help to understand the difference. Their Lamb Chops was the best one i had in my recent memory...if you want to experiment ....try their Keema Dosa.

New chettinad restaurant is open now there at the same place... Try their lunch buffet, many great choices for Veg and non-veg...Little on the spicier side though... I would recommend.

IT IS CLOSED, TOO BAD ONE OF MY FAVORITE LOCAL INDIAN RESTAURANTS! ANOTHER ONE IS OPENING SOON @ THE SAME LOCAL, WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED... have been going here for over 1 year, I am hooked, a great menu, the owner takes good care of you if you tell him what you want.ialways a treat for the taste buds.A must to try & love the BYOB also.Outstanding food & consistently delicious. And they deliver!!

Alas, Parivaar has changed hands and there have been... well, changes. While the food remains delicious and the service is still attentive and friendly, there are no longer weekday lunch buffets.…
