This place is terrible .. Don't come here or even try to call because they won't answer the phone. I tried to get my urgent document to notarize on a Sunday. DO NOT GO HERE! They are so expensive and extremely RUDE. I'm still pissed off about my experience there. I do a lot of shipping during the holidays and I went here because it was convenient. When they told me my total I was outraged! I went to 3 other places and they were 2-3 times cheaper than Parcel Plus. If you want to save $50-$100 then DO NOT GO HERE!

Ever wonder what the mark up is when you send mail first class from a Parcel Plus?How about close to 100%?I took a large envelope into Parcel Plus Saturday and was quoted $5.75 for first class mail. Seemed high, so I took it to the Post Office automated mail center--$2.80 for first class.
