I have lived here 3 years now. We have changed management staff alot in those 3 years and each one seems to care a lil more than the last one in that position. The wood floor upgrade really isn't great I'd rather have the carpet back but it looks nice. The one bedroom is a very small apartment but it's not unbearably small. Not the best, not the worst

It's a fairly average apartment complex with pretty standard issues. Maintence is slow and over worked (and under staffed) we've have 5 new managers in 2 years. Trash is everywhere. Kids smoke weed behind all sheds, trees, bushes. The dumpster is too small for the size complex we are in so the trash situation is awful. Roaches are a major problem in some buildings.
