The money is in the bank. Paramount helped us sell our house fast and hassle free. We had Paramount manage our rental property since Spring of 2012. After trying to manage our property ourself, and since we are not good at wearing the "black hat," when we really should, we hired Paramount. They did an excellent job. Terrible property management. I am renting a house form Paramount. The worst management I have ever seen. Staff is very rude and not accommodating. Right now my AC is out it is 85 degrees in the house and claiming. IT is 102 outside and I cannot reach anyone to fix air conditioner. I have small children heat i so dangerous for little children .
