Apartments are nice. Central Air is great. Water boiler works well (even with multiple roommates), but is a little loud. Amenities are nice (Coffee machine, arcade games, pool table, lounge, gym & shuttle are all great). Would be nice to have some apartment-wide events though. AC /Heat would be better if you could limit to rooms being used and it would be nice to have a hot tub or Sauna on the...

This is building is truly everything you want when it comes to downtown living. Movie theater, fitness center, lounge area with pool table and rooftop deck with bbq's and outdoor televisions.
