The Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel offers a great buffet with the most interesting atmosphere in town. The tropical room features huge windows overlooking waterfalls and lagoons filled with flamingos, birds of paradise, swans and penguins. Breakfast features egg dishes, fruit and fresh pastries. Lunch and dinner offerings include international foods, stir-fry, pasta and dessert selections.
