Pappas ranch was an ok place. Not great not bad just ho hum. It is now closed so .......... I guess because it was just so so it could not survive. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area if you go further into trinity so.........

This place has the typical Western style decor in their restaurant. But the food more than makes up for it. Their food is good, fast and very reasonable

Wanted to go yesterday (12/3/15) and location sign is down with replacement notification that "Vallarta's Coming Soon"! What a shock! They had the best spinach salad, Greek salad, quesadillas and their pork chops with pomegranate peppercorn sauce was superb! Their wait staff, especially Brit Sarah, was awesome! Sorry to see them go!

Went with family on 11/14/2015 @ approx 6 PM. We had pulled pork/ beef Sandwich's /French Onion Soup , kids standard bagged chicken fingers/fries . We live 5 minutes from here and drive past all the time, decided to drop in, hadn't been in couple years . Food was Ok, nothing outstanding. Believe this is more of a Drinking place....
