This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel staff. It is a sit-down restaurant where you order and pick up your food and then find a table. The food is excellent. We had BBQ pork plate with two sides. Everything was delicious and helpings were large. We were totally satisfied with the quality of food and atmosphere.

Pretty good BBQ

I must say my wife is a Kansas City BBQ judge, She has judged at the nationals. With that saying, we found the food pretty good but it wouldn't get a trophy. Prices right and tasty food. Clean fast service. I wont mention the sauce because it is about the meat, not the sauce.

We had a over night at the Days Inn and thought since we were in Texas we should find a Bar-B-Q. We asked our shuttle driver for recommendations and he told us about Pappas which was within walking distance. Order, pay, then sit down - very efficient, and the food is good. Ribs were a bit dry, so cannot go to 5/5.

You get quality food at all their restaurants, same good food and quality service at all there brands. They run a class operation no matter if it is BBQ, Seafood, Mexican Food or their World Famous Steak House. You can't go wrong going to a Pappas any brand in any city they do it right!
