Kind of a strange place. Its broken up into 5 areas. A bar, dining room around the bar, a separate more family dining area, and a banquet room. Food is good quality, portions are OK. They are spotty in terms of business so much of the food is frozen, and on some things you can taste the freezer burn. But...

Freaky place, freaky atmosphere, bad food

Granted, I was there nearly a year ago.
I had been to Wheaton Village and went across the Bridge of Doom (w/c users, watch out) on a Sunday for lunch.
I was greeted by a flustered waiter / host who said lunch was still being served. It looked like they were breaking down everything from brunch. I ordered something simple...

The Grounds for Sculpture has it's Rats, and Wheaton Arts Center has it's PaperWaiter. O.K. they're not in the same league, but they're not in the same neighborhood either. Fine food goes with fine art, it gets all of the senses quivering, and America has just recently figured that out. Many different roll-ups and salads, hearty fare for the men, quiche for the sensitive. A martini with lunch?...

We have been here several times over the years for various events and breakfasts. I’ve never been impressed.

The menu is uneventful. Breakfast is standard fare. The other meals are bland. I never recommend going here and usually cringe when we do come here.

The breakfast buffet is okay. It’s busy and not layed out particularly well, but the food is okay.
