I called and was put on hold for a little while, then got hung up on. That should tell you right there that their service is not good.
i live on the other side of waterbury, and i ordered from papa johns, the delivery was slightly lengthy however the pizza was fresh and warm when arriving at my house. the online ordering was really simple and effective to use! and the pizza tastes GREAT!
Ordered papa johns last night really wanted buffalo wings and cheese sticks and I get my wings but they send a chicken parm pizza gross!!! And when I called them the lady told me that that's what we ordered and that if we wanna come and get the cheese sticks we can but she's not sending the driver back up jus for that!!! REALLY r u kidding me when we tipped ur driver!!! I swear never ever...
HORRIBLE!!! i ordered a pizza and it had two pieces of hair in it. i called and they yelled at me, my mother, and father. they called us liars! i looked back into the kitchen and they dont even wear hairnets! plus i ordered for pickup and they delivered and charged an extra $10!!! we spoke to the head office and they told us they would talk to them and tell them to talk to us and make a deal....
