Threatened by owner

After a recent service appointment, I expressed concerns about their pricing and transparency. I was threatened by the owner who stated that if I leave a negative review online, he will publicly reply with my personal information that they now possess - name, address, phone number, etc.

This is not at all how business owners are supposed to behave.
