Excellent place. Enjoyed our food, service and most of all win the Chef makes time to visit your table, it's impressive.I would definitely go again.

My impression of Springfield was all fast food and chain restaurants, until we met friends at Pao on a recent trip. We were seated promptly in a pleasant room of floor to ceiling windows. Service was attentive and quick. I think we all had the goat cheese salad which was delicious and dressed just right.

Our party of 4 had dinner at Pao on Saturday, August 31. Each of us ordered a different entree, including Salmon, Pork Medallions, Steak and Tuna.(None of us had Sushi) I had the Pork Medallions and they were perfectly cooked (way too much for dinner...I had the rest for lunch on Sunday).
