The team is always friendly! They took the Caesar Chicken Sandwich off the menu. It is my daughters favorite so they made it for her. Great customer service!

Excellent location. Salads fall short for me, but soups, sandwiches, and breads are great. Staff can be iffy. I think they have a lot of turn over - a lot of inexperienced cashiers.

Order taker completely untrained. Menu has too many cute words that mean nothing to a customer wanting a sandwich, or evidently to the order taker. They offered me breads known as "Ciabatta" and "Miche", two bread descriptions known to no one especially the poor high school girl trying to run the register for the 2-3 weeks she will be employed...

I will never spend another dime at Panera. The food is average at best if you like a tiny portion of meat on a big huge slice of bread (so basically they serve bread sandwiches) terrible customer service and evidently a problem keeping the proper amount of inventory since they were out of the first two items I ordered...I walked out!
