We had a group of 5 and 2 sandwich orders were made wrong. Also, service was a little slow. Food is usually very good and it was good, just not as accurate as it should have been.

Not sure what is happening there but the last few weeks the service has been horrible. Noticed staff having arguments. Cold hot chocolate, wrong orders, etc. for the price I m going to have to find another place to go weekly.
Updating my older 3 star review and moving it down to a 2 star. Sorry but the food is good, but the service is lacking, and it take much longer than it should to get food out to the customers....
I love eating at Paneras...but its always a risk when you do a Togo order. There used to be someone expediting the take out food, but lately its hit and miss.
