Food is good. The reason for the two stars is for a server who had to have her phone playing her music over the stores music. So disturbing and rude.

Ordered ahead. Had to wait forever for three toasted bagels. When our bagels came out they were cold. Bought a tub of cream cheese and it was too hard to spread. This place is never consistent....

This is my third review of Panera Bread at the Palm Desert CA location in as many years.
First the pros:
The location is close to my home, has a quick drive through ordering option, members rewards card, large varied menu
