It's clean, lacks customer service

I usually get coffee here when I'm in the area if I'm in a hurry and can't get to a local coffee place. The coffee is usually hot and fresh. This location is nice and big inside with plant of room. The bathrooms always seem pretty clean.

I Love Panera. I eat here often for breakfast and dinner. I don't think there's anything I haven't like, especially with the healthier options on the menu.
