I really like panera and I think people are generally overly harsh on the franchise. This location is different, it truly earns its abysmal 2-star rating.

Am I wrong in assuming that when stuff is cooked it should be hot? Hubby and I got breakfast, and his scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese was stone cold. My meal was lukewarm. So disappointed, since usually lunch here is pretty good.
