I love Panera! This one is not my favorite.It tends to be dirty. Often crowded because of location. Found a piece of chicken in my salad. I'm a vegetarian. And there was a dead mouse on the floor.

Walked in one day, ordered mac and cheese. They weren't serving it yet, apparently. The manager then began to scream at and berate the employees over the mistake. I was OK with changing my order but after seeing how management talks to the workers there, I'm ALL set. I'll go somewhere else. They are employees NOT slaves. Also, why do you not accept tips? Gross. -
