Absolutely the worst Panera we have ever been to. Waited 35 minutes for food. Which never arrived. Got our money refunded and left. Wasn't super crowded or busy. Just horrible service. Won't be back.

Service is extremely slow. We waited over ten minutes just for hot chocolate. Needless to say, I doubt I'll be returning.

Great spot to work remotely for an hour while enjoying lunch. Good setup of seating, and the new delivery method of bringing food to the tables is great. Love their iced tea selection.

Wanted to grab a quick sandwich and soup.... but this place is super slow. Waited over 20min to get my food, and it was cold. I was sitting right by the window, so I know it didn't sit long....
