I'm always surprised at the wait time for a place where the food is already ready. I was extremely disappointed in getting the wrong teas and the pushback I got when I asked for no cabbage. It's not a big deal really so your employee should always respond in a positive manner. Normally, I would rate your staff highly because they normally are great.
