I was very happy with my visit to Panda Express. They offered me samples and had quick friendly service. I ate every bite of my fried rice with orange chicken!

There's was a really long wait which made this experience not so enjoyable. Had to wait a ling time to place order and wait fkr mire food to come out. 15 minutes

I think online ordering is very convenient for some people, myself included at times. But when online orders are causing customers in the store to have to wait longer, that is not a good thing. I should mention that this store has two registers but only one of them was being utilized today. I think it's probably an issue of Staffing. More staff members are needed to keep the line moving quickly...
