It took one hour from the time I entered drive thru until I got my food. I ordered one item, teriyaki chicken and white rice. It took 40 min to get thru drive-thru and after I paid I was told to wait out front. After waiting another 20 min I had to go in and get my food.

I need to know how I can use my gift card without the extra code. My gift code does not include a cid number, but they had to have one. I have used it twice before, but now they suddenly accept it.
