I have been going to this place for quiet long time. The quantity of the food is getting seed less and less. Maybe that is way to control the cost and keep the price resonable?

My overall experience was was alright the customer service was good. Despite not having so many people there they seem to really rush my order.

Good, fast service. The behind-the-counter servers kept the line moving along quickly and efficiently despite the large lunch-hour crowd. And they were friendly without being condescending and/or overly 'chummy'. The cook seemed to be using good portion control when weighing out specific portions of food as he was prepping items before placing them in the wok.

Not all the pans had food in them, thus limiting our choices. The floor in the soda machine area was dirty. QUESTION: You often offer a new dish, ie pork ribs, honey sesame chicken, and others. These dishes were all fabulous, but after offering them for a short time, they disappear, never to be seen again! It's frustrating! Why do you not at least rotate them back in occasionally?

Already said what was wrong... Employees were not doing their jobs and were not friendly to the customers. Also, a lot of the food tray were empty or almost empty. This was not our usual experience at Panda. Please fix the attitudes of these employees.
