Wait time just to order is too long, both drive thru and in-store. (in-store is seriously agonizing because its easily 4x longer).

I didn't get any condiments, especially the teriyaki sauce. I drove all the way home only to discover none were inside

The portion size was too small for the price and you do not even get any meat in the meal. You mostly get rice, vegetables and a few little pieces of beef. For $6 I would like a nice size portion. But I will not frequent this establish anymore because this is ridiculous. Thanks in advance.
