This is the rare fast food franchise that always offers samples to guests. Servers are unbelievably cheerful and polite given that some guests make unbearable demands. The buffet line moves fast....

As I mentioned the cashier had to serve us as well. You should have another employee serving, while you have an employee on the register. Also, someone should be checking the food regularly to make sure its fresh and warm.

Queue time is pretty long. Instead of having the employee packing and serving the food, I would have them split the food into single portions of boxes and let the customers themselves pick the entree boxes. This way is much more efficient. The food is ok, but too salty for my taste. Too much pepper and sauce.
