When we left I literally said to my daughter "that was the worst Panda Express experience I've ever had". My food was cold and hard, hers wasn't ready because for some reason, on a friday evening, they ran out of orange chicken.

Food items are not ready, and all the food looks dry from lunch, and I was there at 3 pm.

Missing many items from my online order, after I asked for the missing soda and then also realized I was missing an order of crab Rangoon, a manager was brought over. I was also missing my teriyaki chicken, its sauce and sweet and sour sauce for the crab Rangoon.
