Awful customer service. Ordered in advance for pick up, waited 20 minutes for my order. Management is rude and dismissive. Do not go to this Panda.

Went to restaurant for lunch at 12:30pm, most of the normal entrees were not yet available. Not that they were out but first batch was not yet ready. Had to wait about 5 minutes to get the items we wanted (strange, but not a big deal). Sat down to eat but it was freezing in the restaurant (it was really cold outside) others were complaining also.
