Average food, high prices and long waits for service. I've given this place a couple tries because it's close and convenient but I won't go back. There are better options for breakfast in Edmonds. I really don't understand its popularity.

Lousy service even when not busy

Basic breakfast joint. Eggs, bacon, etc. Nothing fancy. Portions not very big on the sides. My friend did not even eat his. Have tried this place twice hoping for an improvement. There wasn't any.

Loud. Really loud. Bussing station in dining area makes for incredibly loud conversations to overcompensate. Won't be back. Food was ok no complaints but now I have a headache.

This place was just such a sorry experience. Normally everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Not this place. It's more than a little basic like a previous reviewer stated. We saw things like staff snacking in the kitchen on ingredients as meals were being prepared. And horror of horrors, things like hand washing need to be enforced here. The bathroom also...

The Pancake Haus in Edmonds is worth the drive if you are craving sourdough pancakes, bacon pancakes, or just a normal hot stack of pancakes. With a variety of syrups, fruits, and pancake flavors, Pancake Haus has been stacking pancakes in Edmonds since before 1980. Locals rave about the quick service, hot coffee and blueberry pancakes.
