I have been taking my dog to Pampered Pets for over a year. The staff is excellent and the manager is a very caring person. The set-up is great! I have left Jack there while I was on vacation. He was a very happy boy! I could watch him on the web cam while I was away. It was very good knowing that I could see him and know that he was safe. Not a place I will take my dog again. Came home dirty and had scrtahes and bites on her. Tried talking to the manager and she did not seem like she cared and the staff was very rude. Did not like the set up, to easy to get hurt with the fence set up. Needs to be reparied before I take my dog there again. Not sure what they are thinking when no one is there to watch them at night, can't they get...

Our dog just loves going to Pampered Pets to play. It's a great alternative to keeping him home by himself in a cage. He gets to go about 2 -3 time a month and play. Although it is a bit expensive, the care he gets there is exceptional!
